Park House Guest House - Warwick (Warwickshire)

Great value for money unit for a family weekend, we enjoyed it. The hotel had perfect and amazing location near the town centre, attractions nice town and the Warwick Castle and the town centre.

It was wonderful base for travelling to Warwick, I was glad to stay there. I spent 1 night here and liked that.

Location near the train station made it easy to explore. You can walk to St Nicholas Park for some fresh air without breaking a sweat.

The room had a peculiar setup with a shower in the corner. The toilet in the bathroom had a slight leak, and the cleanliness left something to be desired-there were noticeable dust piles along the baseboards. A vintage CRT TV was a letdown when expecting a flat-screen, and the lack of working plugs was a hassle for charging devices.

The breakfast prepared by Ata was outstanding, and his engaging storytelling created a warm atmosphere that made our stay memorable.

Comfy beds and great breakfast make this place worth staying. The room could use some upgrades and better cleanliness.

The park house is in a decent location, with parking right out front, super convenient. The staff was friendly. I appreciated the location as it was close to some nice spots to explore nearby.

It's a beautiful house with a gorgeous exterior n comfy interior. The beds were super comfy, n i had a blast enjoying the homey vibes. Ata, the host, is super friendly, and breakfast was amazin, took me back to childhood holidays. Real good value for money n close to the castle n town, perfect for exploration. Had a great time with my friend at the concert nearby.

The shower was clean, but the room needed better housekeeping.

Quaint little room and the location was pretty good with convenient parking right outside. The tiny shower definitely added a giggle or two to our stay, who doesn't love an intimate shower experience right by the bed?

The place could use a bit of a clean-up, I nearly made friends with a cobweb! That toilet was auditioning for a role as a water fountain, I swear!

A cozy spot for those in need of comfort

The breakfast was smashing. Ata's cooked breakfasts are like the kind of meal that makes you feel alive again, no lunch needed after that. The rooms were clean, I mean really clean, and it was like being in a cloud, much better than the last place I stayed.

It wasn't exactly a bargain though, but you get what you pay for.

The standard double room was a bit small for two adults.

Traffic noise can be bothersome, especially in front-facing rooms. Payment policies also raise eyebrows, with requests for cash upfront before room inspection being a common point of concern.
